We provide a 30-calendar-day legal warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011. This warranty covers:
Defective or broken seams without improper use.
Abnormal detachment of zippers or clasps under normal use.
Manufacturing imperfections that differ from product descriptions or images.
Important Notes:
Damages caused by misuse, incorrect washing, or exposure to abrasive substances are not covered.
Warranty claims require product evaluation. If a factory defect is confirmed, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund.
a) Right of Withdrawal (Article 47 – Law 1480 of 2011)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 5 business days after product delivery, provided the product:
Has not been used.
Is in perfect condition with original tags and packaging.
Exceptions:
Because these are garments in direct contact with the body, returns for hygiene reasons are not accepted.
Warranty applies if there is a factory defect, but the right to withdraw does not apply for intimate apparel.
Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal:
Promotional or discounted products.
Used, washed, or manipulated garments.
Intimate wear (panties, shorts, bras) that have been tried on or lack hygiene seals for biosecurity.
Lipoyeso girdles and custom-made or modified designs.
Note: When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
b) Size Exchanges
Before processing an exchange, garments must be inspected to confirm eligibility:
Intimate apparel (panties, shorts, bras) cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Eligible items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging (no stains, damage, or missing labels).
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product reference.
For sizes larger than 2XL, additional costs will be borne by the customer.
Only one exchange per garment is permitted.
